HR ASSISTANT
( Based at: Manis Mata, Ketapang, West Kalimantan )
Requirements :
* S1 Psychology / English Literature
* Having minimum 2 years experience as HR ( Recruitment & People Development ) / ( Training )
* Familiar with computer application
* Having a good presentation skills
* Ability to teach English for Adult learners
* Good at written and spoken English
* Willing to work and located at remote area
* Good advantage if having working experience in Plantation business
HEAD OF COPRA BUYER ( Location : Amurang, North Sulawesi )
Position purpose
*
Position exists to primarily originate copra andall aspects (supply and demand analysis, administration, legal, and industry dynamics) related to the origination process.
*
This position will work to originate copra for Amurang crushing facility, to handle local sales for Amurang production (CNO and Copra expeller).
*
This position also responsible to ensure steady supply of coco-shell / biomass for boiler fuel.
Requirements
o
All background university or bachelor degree, minimum 2.5 GPA (out of 4)
o
Previous working experience is mandatory, minimum 2-3 years, preferably in the Palm Oil or Coconut Oil Industry
o
Computer literate (basic requirement : windows and excel)
o
Proficiency in written and oral English and Bahasa Indonesia are a must
o
Personal effectiveness.
o
Ability to work through others/team worker.
o
Independent worker.
o
Good Mathematics skill.
o
Good Analytical skill
o
Some Marketing Knowledge is an advantage
o
Will be based in Amurang
o
Requires extensive traveling (up to 70% of the time)
COMMERCIAL STAFF ( Location : Amurang, North Sulawesi )
Position purpose :

This position will support commercial team to make sure that Amurang plant has stocks to be produced balanced with plant capacities.
*
This position also assure of coco production progress including competitors activities be kept monitor to know supply and demand of stocks.

Able to communicate well

Hard & independent worker

Fresh graduated, encouraged to apply
