1. HRD
• As support function, this position will provide services to all divisions (commercial, industrial and support) as well as to branch offices
Requirements:
• Possesses good knowledge and understanding on human resources method, concept and best practices
• 3 - 5 years hands on experience on recruitment, training & development, job evaluation system, human resources information system
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and assignment yet maintain and foster good team work
• Resourceful and innovative, has strong drive and perseverance in problem solution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good level in English proficiency (conversation and writing)
2. Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to maintain & develop present and new customer, to promote and sell Schneider product & offer, to gain customers requirements and provide technical solution based on their needs
Requirements:
• Graduated from Electrical Engineering majoring in Power (Arus Kuat) from reputable University. S1 degree with extensive years of experience 3 - 10 years.
• Able to communicate in English, Computer literate (Ms. Office).
• Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider products in Medium and Low Voltage are definite advantages.
3. Techno Commercial Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to manage projects which includes clarification of specification, cost estimation, project control and monitoring, managing project to be on schedule within the accepted quality standard and specification
Requirements:
• Graduated from Electrical Engineering majoring in Power (Arus Kuat) from reputable University. S1 degree with extensive years of experience 3 - 10 years.
• Able to communicate in English, Computer literate (Ms. Office).
• Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
• Able to work under pressure.

4. Marketing Training Administator
Responsibilities:
• To compile and to edit presentation material in power point format.
• To make data base of inventaris, file, souvenirs, training materials, trainers, etc that related with training department.
• Communicate and able to make an agreement with third party (Event Organizer, University, Hotel, External Trainer, etc) in order to conduct the training.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in operating MS Office, and good skill in making database, scheduling, and agreement.
• Ability to work efficiently in multi tasking job.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill to interact with people.
• Good presentation skill and ability in public speaking.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferred language(s): English.
5. Account Receivable Staff (Cikarang based)
Responsibilities:
• To prepare monthy reconciliation Inside Group AR including netting reconciliation.
• To achieve closing with accurate Account Receivable.
• To be in close contact with Collection Team to ensure the availability of invoices for payment.
• To create and to manage all customer master file in SAP
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position.
• S1 degree in Accounting with GPA > 2.75.
• Computer literate and preferably have experiences with SAP (FI module, AR).
• Good interpersonal and communication skill ability to work as a team.
• Proficient in English both oral and written.
• Ability to work efficiently wihin tight deadline
• Fast learner and highly motivated to work independently.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferred language(s): English.
