VACANCY AT PT DST International Indonesia
Financial Accountant
Job Descriptions:-
* Prepare all of journal vouchers (Cash book, AR & General Ledger)
* Prepare aging lists and follow up with debtors on collections / vendors for payments.
* Prepare bank reconciliation and all local Tax Returns e.g. VAT returns., plus filing of all these Tax Returns.
* Prepare cashflow projection.
* Prepare monthly Packs & supporting schedules to Regional Office.
* Prepare Invoices, invoicing files, client sign offs.
* Take care of all taxation & tax refund matters.
* Prepare ad hoc reports required by Regional Office or UK office.
* Cash management control including petty cash & monies in company's bank account.
* Prepare & update the Fixed Assets Register.
* Update Intraco Reconciliations.
* Prepare Employee Employment Contracts under local requirement.
* Prepare Annual Income Tax Return for employees.
* To complete any other appropriate ad hoc tasks as directed by direct manager.
Qualifications:-
* High Diploma / Certificate in Accounting.
* Minimum 5 years experience in accounting field.
* Must be able to handle full set of books indepently.
* Experience in handling personnel functions for an office.
* Good command of both spoken and written English.
* Good interpersonal, analytical skills, accurate in details, be able to work independently under time constraints.
