VACANCY AT PT Jababeka Tbk

PT Jababeka, Tbk. a public-owned property company is now recruiting professionals to fill the position of HR Manager with requirements as follows:
* Minimum a Bachelor degree of Law from reputable universities
* Preferably Male
* Min. 3 years experience in handling Human Capital/Resources, preferably in Managerial position
* Good spoken and written English
* Good presentation and negotiation skill
* Hands on experience in Legal, HRD and GA
* Thorough knowledge in HR policies, HR functions and procedures
* Well-versed in Labour laws and regulations

Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Director
* Coordinate with internal (all related departments) and external parties (vendors, suppliers, industrial relations, etc)
* Ensure that company regulations are met and in line with UU 13 thn. 2003 and related government regulations
* Assists Management in legal documents reviews e.g. contracts, MOUs, etc.
* Manage and monitor HR functions
* Supervise General Affair matters
