PEC-Tech is a leading international development and turnkey EPC group servicing the pulp and paper, oil and gas and infrastructure in Asia. Currently, PEC-Tech has fast grown its services division on crane, heavy equipment, logging transport, material handling workshop and heavy lifting services. The head office is located in Singapore with offices in Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Brazil and Hongkong. Our rapid expansion has led to the following new position available in Riau – Sumatra. We are looking for highly motivated professionals to fill in the positions below.
Administration Supervisor
Responsibilities :
* To assist the Operational Manager in the overseeing, coordination and supervision of all logyard operation, documentation and administration of the day-by-day activities for log handling.
* To plan warehousing in order to ensure good inventory control / avoid slow moving stock or surplus stock also develop or devise methods and recommends improvement of warehouse and distribution practices to promote efficiency, faster service and lower cost.
General Requirements :
* Male, max. 30 years old
* Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
* Minimum 2 years of experience at the same position
* Computer literate and its related software
* Good in English both orally and in writing
* Willing to take a part of team work, supporting
* Able to thinks outside the box
* Working under pressure
* Willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci, Pekanbaru - Riau
Administration Head
Responsibilities :
* To control budgets, payments, advances and cost analysis
* To manage all aspects of administration for project, especially payments, cost control and advances
General Requirements :
* Bachelor degree
* Minimum 5 years of experience at the same position
* Computer literate and its related software
* Good in English both orally and in writing
* Have knowledge in Accounting and Business Management
* Willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci, Pekanbaru - Riau
