Regional Site Acquisition Coordinator
Job Function:
* Supports Sitac Manager/ Regional Manager in Site Acquisition and permitting related scheduling and controlling vendors
* Keep track of the schedule to be on-time
* Managing price and duration to be within budget
* Help vendors to solve problems with landlord/ local government
* Highlighting and Escalation of non standard rentals / terms and conditions and other issues and delays in the program for early resolution
* Close liaison with internal departments
* Reporting of progress
Requirements:
* Diploma/ University Degree with at least 3 years experience in Site Acquisition consecutively.
* Must have previous experience on existing Indonesia mobile network.
* Wide knowledge and understanding of site acquisition milestones, real estate, legal and permitting requirements for the entire site acquisition process on micro indoor / outdoor and macro sites in telecommunications project in Indonesia.
* Experience with technical site survey and lease negotation both micro indoor/ outdoor and macro site
* Good in English reading & writing
* Hard worker but easy going
* Good communication skills
* Good Personality
* Good Adaptation skill
* Keen to work in multinational environment
* Able to work with tight project schedule
* Able to travel throughout Indonesia
* Can maintain relationship with internal team member.
