Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor (EM Supv.) – Amurang, Manado
To plan, lead, organize, and control all maintenance and engineering work activities of the copra/palm kernel crushing plant facility. Ensure the reliability of plant machineries & equipments by applying predictive & preventive maintenance programs to optimize productivity & efficiency of personnel under his immediate supervision. Ensure that Cargill EHS programs are implemented at all times in exercising his duties and responsibilities.
Purchasing Administrator ( PA) – Hindoli, Palembang
To plan, lead organize and control all procurement activities in a cost efficient and effective manner, Identify major and preferred suppliers for major items or frequent purchased items; develop and maintain preferred supplier program, Identify and resolves potential purchasing problems; follows up to ensure timely and accurate product delivery, Ensures adherence to established Cargill and Indonesia policies and procedures, quality assurance programs, and environment, health and safety and food safety standards. Maintain close coordination with department heads on procurement activities: Chief Engineer/Senior Mill Manager, Senior Estate/Field Manager, Project Manager, HR Manager, Finance Controller.
Forwarding Staff (FS) – Jakarta
To ensure that all functions are performed in a cost efficient and effective manner, to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with approved
accounting policies and procedures in line with Cargill’s code of ethical conduct, to act as business partner to the commercial team while ensuring that financial results are prepared and reported in a timely fashion in accordance with US and appropriate local accounting standards.
REQUIREMENTS :
1. English language and Computer literacy are important.
2. Mechanical background for EM Supv., min. 3 years exp., Accounting background for FS, with 2 years exp. as accounting staff, and min 5 years exp. as procurement for PA.
3. Willing to be placed at Amurang – Northern Sulawesi for EM Supv. or Hindoli- Palembang for PA .
