PURCHASING STAFF

Job Function :
Responsible for effective & efficient purchasing
activities, import administration & regular reporting

Main Responsibilities :

* Managing purchasing requisition process.

* Coordination with the Director and negotiation with the supplier in ordering the products and calculation for the selling price.

* Coordination with the delivery service provider and head of warehouse to set up the delivery time in warehouse.

* Make a regular report, documentation and administration related in Import Progression Reports.

Requirements :

* Female

* Max 30 years old

* Bachelor degree in Accounting

* Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing

* Excellent in Mandarin & English is mandatory (oral & written)

* Computer Literate

* Good interpersonal and communication skill

* Excellent negotiation skill
