PT. Ecogreen Oleochemicals is a multinational company engaged in the manufacturing, marketing and distributing of high quality
oleochemicals. We are now seeking the following professionals to become part of our expanding organization.
QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERINTENDENT
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent will be responsible for all of quality control aspects and other quality assurance-related laboratory activities.
TASKS
1.Coordinate the implementation of laboratory test plan effectively
through appropriate procedure for incoming raw materials, plant
chemicals, in-process materials and finished good products.
2.Identify and detect any potential problem which may affect the
product and environmental quality and or operation efficiency and
take appropriate corrective action.
3.Cooperate with other closely related section/departments/division
such as Production Department, Process Engineering Department,
Marketing Division, Utility Department and Health, Safety &
Environmental (HSE) Section to assure that all of product and
enviromental quality requirements are met.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
•University degree in Chemistry from reputable university with minimum
5 years of relevant working experience. Candidate with wide exposure
in Oleochemicals Industry would be an advantage.
•Male/Female with maximum age of 35 years old.
•Literate in Information System/Information Technology with
proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.
•Fluent in English (oral/written), proficiency in additional languages
would be an advantage.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
•Good interpersonal skill and teamwork oriented.
•Effective communication skills (oral/written).
•Sharp analytical & conceptual thinking and problem solving skills.
•Proactive, initiative, receptive to continous change and varying
degree of responsibility.
•Energetic and has high achievement motivation.
HARD SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
•Good proficiency in technical, scientific or specialized quality
assurance field.
•Deep understanding of quality assurance concepts and principles.
•Sound knowledge of common integrated manufacturing operations and the
linkages among its elements.
