HR Language Officer
Job Purpose
* To manage language training activities in internal company
effectively with innovative methods, start from identifying the TNA, designing modules/ syllabus, conducting the trainings, evaluating the results, developing the language training programs, and maintaining of related documents.
* To ensure that employees' ability in English language improve and meet Corporate Training Objectives through training evaluation & feedback.
* To enhance expatriates' ability in communication with Indonesian associates by improving their Bahasa Indonesia ability.
* To support all HR activities regarding to language & communication programs, and ensure the requisite quality standards of the programs to meet Corporate Training Objectives through training evaluation & feedback.
Job Environment
* Human Resources Management System (HRMS) for Training Module, Ms office, library, audio and video.
Job Requirement
* S1 in English with preferably 1-3 years of experience in conducting and developing Languages Training Program/Course, especially English.
* Conversant with English Teaching engineers/technical group.
* Male/female, single, age 23-28 years.
* Willing to relocate and work at Purwakarta, West Java
* Sound knowledge of English and Training techniques
* Good communication skill, energetic, and dynamic with high achievement and result orientation
* Self driven and willing to put extra efforts to achieve high standards of training in terms of post training improvement
* Computer literate, sound knowledge and skill on MS Office MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Internet Browsing will be an added advantage
Ass. Manager Purchase & Store (CPP)
Job Purpose :
Arrangement and monitoring of coal logistic and purchase of various items.
Job Environment :
Supplier and vendor identification and development, oracle based transaction system, coal market and logistics, other commercial functions.
Job Requirement :
* S1 majoring in management or technical background graduated from reputed institute/ university with min 5 years of experiences in materials/ purchase/ store, preferably in textile industries.
* Age is 35 ? 45 years old.
* Having sound knowledge of :
? Technical knowledge
? Business mathematics
? Vendor development
? Market analysis
? Oracle.
* Sound analytical thinking, customer service orientation, and having high Achievement Motivation.
* Able to demonstrate an effective Team Leadership.
* Proficient in English both spoken and written
* Computer literate
AM SYB TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT (Technical Training)
Job Purpose
* To manage and control overall job and activities in Training and Development Department, especially technical training related to spinning manufacturing processes.
* To ensure that employees are able to operate spinning machineries, follow SOP, implement safety, and monitor the continuous improvement.
Job Environment
* Human Resources Management System (HRMS) for Training Module, and spinning manufacturing machineries and processes.
Job Requirement
* S1 majoring in Textile engineering or Technical engineering graduated from reputed institute with min 4 - 8 years of experiences.
* Age 30 - 35 years.
* Having sound knowledge of spinning mills processes, human resources management processes, training need analysis, arrange and conduct training program, training evaluation, annual training budget, expense, and operating cost.
* Sound analytical thinking, good communication skill, and having high achievement motivation.
* Able to demonstrate an effective Team Leadership.
* Proficient in English both spoken and written and computer literate
