Our Software Development Division is looking for talented people. You will be located in our Bali office located in Kuta (away from the pollution and traffic jams of Jakarta) where you will join over 100 software engineers working in a highly advanced software engineering environment. At Mitrais all promotions are based on merit following our Competency System, training both formal and on-the-job will be provided and there are many opportunities for travel both within Indonesia and overseas. After two years you may continue to work in Bali or subject to vacancies transfer to our Jakarta office. Annual return airfares are provided for those recruited from outside Bali.
Fresh Graduate
We are inviting fresh graduates with relevant degree (Bachelor/S1) in IT
to join us as Junior Software Engineer. A Training & Development Plan will be provided.

* Sarjana Strata1/Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA of 2.8, intermediate level of English proficiency.

Experienced Software Engineer – Progress
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years professional software development experience with programming platforms: either Open Edge 10.1B or Version 9, knowledge of Microsoft .Net or J2EE is also useful.. Good analytical, and teamwork skills are also required. An understanding of Software Engineering practices such as software requirement, design, testing, and configuration management will be desirable.
General Requirements:
* All candidates should possess relevant degrees (Diploma Degree-D3 and/or S1-Bachelor) with GPA of 3 or above.
* All candidates should have good English proficiency.
* Positions are based in Bali.
Experienced Software Engineer – FoxPro
Candidates should possess 2+ years of professional software development experience including programming for FoxPro. Experience in either .NET or Java would be a significant advantage. An understanding of Software Engineering practices such as software requirement, design, testing, and configuration management will be desirable. You should enjoy the concept of working as part of a team in a disciplined and learning environment.
General requirements for all candidates:
* All candidates should possess relevant degrees (Sarjana Strata1/Bachelor) with GPA of 3 or above.
* All candidates should have good English proficiency.

Experienced Software Engineer - .NET/Java
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years professional software development experience with programming languages: either Microsoft .Net or J2EE.
