Our Client, Arnott’s Indonesia, a multinational biscuit company which is one of Indonesia’s quality biscuits market leaders, manufacturing and selling famous biscuit brands is seeking people to fill in managerial position with following experiences and skills :

Area Sales Manager - Traditional Channel (ASM-TC)

Responsibilities:
Ø Organise planning and meet the target of : Secondary sales; Distribution; Coverage; Merchandising

Ø Coordinate the area sales supervisors to achieve the secondary sales target

Ø Manage relationship with distributors and customers

Job Requirements:

Ø Male/Female, Max. 40 yo

Ø A team player with bachelor degree in any discipline

Ø Minimum 3-4 years experience in Traditional Trade, preferably in FMCG industry

Ø Good analytical and communication skills,

Ø Possess initiative and drive to excel in jobs assigned,

Ø Willing to be relocated to our Sales Branches in areas around Indonesia
