PT. Jababeka, Tbk. a public-owned property company is now recruiting
professionals to fill the position of HR Development with requirements as
follows:
1. Minimum a Bachelor degree of Psychology/Law/ Management from reputable
universities
2. Preferably Female
3. Min. 3 years hands on experience in handling Human Capital/Resources
Development e.g.: TNA, Career Path, Performance Appraisal, Job
Analysis/Evaluation , Competencies Mapping, etc.
4. Preferable with good spoken and written English, also having
presentation skill
5. General knowledge in HR policies, HR functions and procedures
6. Familiar with Labour laws and government regulations
Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to HR Development Div. Head
2. Coordinate with internal (all related departments) and external
parties (vendors, suppliers, etc)
3. Assists HR Dev. Div. Head in order to develop HR Development concepts,
systems and procedures
4. Administrate and monitor HR Development functions such as
a. TNA and facilitate for training program (In House and Public)
b. Performance Evaluation
c. Career Path, etc
