PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage all the administration aspect in project
* Preparing & ensuring all technical documentation
* Mastering, creating & maintaining the project administration
General Qualification:
* Hands on experience in document management, project reporting, project coordinating
* Understand in filling system
* Good soft skills and able to work under pressure
* Willing to travel
* Fluent in English
* Min D-3 graduate from reputable local universities
* Min. 24 years of age
* Min. 2 year working experiences in related fields
LOGISTIC STAFF
Job Responsibilities:
* Monitoring shipment in & out and ensuring the schedule of delivery
* Understand the procedures for import & export
* Coordinate with forwarders, courier companies including custom officers
* Manage and record the asset management
* Controlling the implementation process for delivery for international or domestic, either by air freight, sea freight or trucking
* Update on the progress of project deliveries
* Understand the process on project delivery
General Qualification:
* In-depth knowledge import & export procedures
* Have the required skills and field experience in managing the warehouse management and inventories of similar scope and size
* Confidence in decision making related to delivery problems and project concerns and responsible for every risk taken
* Having good personality and able to work with team under time pressure and cost constraints
* Excellent communication skills in English for both oral and written
* Excellent in Logistic Management skills and have good filling skill
* Willing to travel across the nation
* Minimum D-3 graduate from reputable local Universities
* Min. 25 years of age
* Min. 2-3 years working experiences in related fields
EDC / POS MAINTENANCE TECHNICAL STAFF (IC PS)
Job Responsibilities:
* Install and retrieve EDC equipment
* On-site fault attending and paper delivery
* Assist helpdesk on troubleshooting
* Assist EDC repairing
General Qualification:
* Male, age between 20 – 27 years old
* Min. Senior High School (STM) or Diploma (D1/D3) in Electronics
* Having capability to do electronic repair
* Willing to travel
* Willing to work on shift , on over time basis
* Preferable those who has 2 (two) years relevant experiences
* Having your own motorcycle
EDC / POS HELPDESK (IC PS)
Job Responsibilities:
* Assisting merchant to do troubleshoot on faulty EDC
* Data entry
* System reporting
* Coordinate with field technician on troubleshoot
General Qualification:
* Female/Male, age between 20 – 27 years old
* Min. Senior High School (STM) or Diploma (D1/D3) in Electronics
* Good interpersonal skill
* Positive attitude
* Self motivated
* Willing to work on shift , on over time basis
* Preferable those who has 2 (two) years relevant experiences
