Human Resources Advisor
The job:
* Design and implement Performance Management system in alignment with corporate requirement on Performance and Development Review program
* Ensure the competency based is integrated in recruitment, performance management, and development process
* Ensures compliance to ISO standards
* Establish and maintain constructive, positive, open and honest working relationships within the HR Team
* Maintains HR Management Systems
* Produce completed deliverables, in a timely fashion
The requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Management or Engineering
* At least 3-5 years experience in the field of Human Resources with specialization on competency and performance management
* Fluent in English
* Computer literate
