Job Description:
• Responsible for achieving branch targets, maintaining service quality and managing day-to-day branch operations

Requirements:
• Must have 5 years’ experience in leading sales teams in finance/banking, insurance or the retail industry
• Must have good people management and development skills
• Exposure to customer credit would be an advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university
• Must have a good command of both spoken and written English
• Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, a marketing orientation and the drive to succeed
• Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
