ASST PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER
The job scope includes:
* Responsible for preventive maintenance on the plant,
* Proactively develop, execute and monitor action plan relates to maintenance breakdown, cost of maintenance, downtime management, food safety, equipment lost prevention
* Manage and develop engineering service team
Job qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electro - majoring in Electric/Control System or Mechanical degree with mechatronic knowledge
* Minimum 3 years experience in similar position in manufacturing.
* Good knowledge of Electrical control system
* Able to program PLC or design (Siemens or Allen Bradley)
* Familiar with Instrumentation ie. motor drive, transmitter and other electronic instrument
* Familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic system
* Have knowledge of preventive maintenance system
* Good practical ability in electrical & mechanical problem solving
* Experience in oven and packaging machine is an advantage.
* Good team player
* Able to work independently.
