General Qualifications
*
Have 1-2 years experience as Operation Risk in banking industry
*
Have good knowledge in Banking Business (Branch Banking/ Retail Banking/ Corporate Banking/ Treasury, etc.)
*
Good knowledge in making analysis and review on Operation Procedures
*
Min. Bachelor degree in Finance or Risk Management
*
Good skill in spreadsheet, database programming
*
Fluent in English (written and oral)
*
Honest, efficient, willing to work under pressure and independently
HEAD OF TREASURY OPERATION
General Qualifications :
# Have 3-4 years experience as Treasury Operation Head in foreign Bank
# Min. Bachelor degree any major
# Good knowledge in Treasury business (structured funding/ foreign exchange transaction/ derivatives)
# Directly report to Management Level or Group Head/ Division Head or Director in one Organization Structure
# Good team member
# Initiative
# Has good communication skills (written and oral)
# Good worker and responsible
HEAD OF PLANNING
Qualifications
*
Have 6-8 years experience as Head of Planning Dept
*
Have experience in handling Management Report in the Bank, such as cost allocation, Net Interest revenue attribution
*
Have experience in handling Bank's Business Planning and analysis the report
*
Good skill in MS Office Excel/ Access and Word to process data
*
Fluent in English is a must
MIS
Qualification
*
Bachelor or Master degree in IT engineering of Commercial Science
*
Have 1-2 years experience with IT background in Retail Banking Product Development is much preferable
*
Have good knowledge in MIS programmer and doing some statistical jobs related to IT System
*
Good knowledge in make annual budget, performance booking and monitoring cost/ spending efficiency is a plus
*
Fluent in English for writing, reading, listening and speaking is a must
*
Good command in Mandarin is a plus
MARKET RISK
General Qualifications
*
Have 3-4 years experience as Market Risk/ ALM/ ALCO Support/ Treasury Officer
*
Have experience in handling derivative products (Options, IRS and CCS, etc.)
*
Have experience in handling ALM, or become one of ALCO Support Team
*
Good knowledge in Treasury Product Development is a plus
*
Min. Bachelor degree in Finance or Risk Management major
*
Good skill in spreadsheet, database programming
*
Fluent in English (written and oral)
