TECHNICAL TRAINING SYSTEMS SPECIALIST (CODE: TSSX)
Purpose of the role:
To ensure the implementation of successful technical training and assessment systems at PT Inco so that the technical competencies of workers are properly maintained and recorded as appropriate to the demands of their employment.
Accountabilities
1. Develop a Standard for technical training systems at PT Inco that will define a best practice approach to supporting the defined roles and competencies within the organization, together with an audit protocol that will allow consistent auditing against this standard (by a third party) as a driver for ongoing improvement.
2. Support integrated implementation of approved technical training systems by the Departments by 1) ensuring delivery of workplace technical training by recognized and approved training providers and 2) ensuring the use of qualified assessors and assessment tools.
3. Provide regular assessment against the Technical Training Standard across the Departments and recommend corrective action as required.
4. Establish and implement procedures for Technical Training as required to support the Technical Training Standard.
5. Coordinate the production of all training and assessment material so that training and assessment materials used across the site meet a common standard (technical input being provided by the Department or vendor in question).
6. Ensure that vendor training of new equipment / technology meets the standards we are putting in place with regard to training material format, content, etc.
Requirements
* S1 in Engineering or Training related discipline with at least 7 years experiences in similar job.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a best-practice competency based technical training system.
* Good English/Indonesian language skills
SENIOR STATION OFFICER OPERATION (CODE: SSOPEX)
Purpose of the role:
1.
His/her duty involves managing multi-agency planning, deployment, and operation, according to the FES Standard and Procedure requirement. This include of prepare an action plan, given an emergency incident requiring multiple agency operation.
2.
to review injury, accident an health exposure reports, identifying unsafe work environment or behavior and taking approved action
3.
Develop a procedure and standard in Fire and Emergency Services
4.
Establish personnel assignments to maximize efficiency, given knowledge, training and experience of the members available in accordance with policies and procedures
5.
Describe methods to facilitate and encourage members to participate in professional development to achieve their full potential
6.
Identify a hazard during inspection and submit a recommendation for solution
Accountabilities
1. produce on operational plans, given an emergency incidents requiring multi-unit operations, conducting pre-incident planning and deploying assigned resources and their assessment are obtained and plans are carried out in compliance with approved safety procedure
2. initiate action to maximaze member performance and/or to correct unacceptable performance, given HR policy and procedure. So that FES member and/or units performances improves
3. develop a procedure, given assignment, so that the recommended policy or procedure indentifies the problems and propose a solution.
4. develop a project or section budget, given schedules and quidelines concerning its preparation.
5. prepare a concise report for transmittal to Chief Fire Officer or EHS Manager, given FES record (s) and specific request for details such as trends, variances, or related topic
6. able to take in-charge as an investigator Leader for accident investagtion. And submit a investagation report completed with recommendation
Education & Experience
* Minimum High School (Preferable to Diploma Degree)
* Hold a Firefighter Qualification Certificate (NFPA or AQF)
* Minimum 3 years experience in Fire and Rescue Operation
* Able communication and written in English and Indonesian
* Familiar with MS Office.
