Building Purchasing

Requirements :

* Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering / M&E Engineering
* Experience in building property industry or telco industry for 3 years or more
* Experience in dealing with purchase of building or other facilities.
* Strong negotiation skill
* Trustworthy.
