Bank UOB Buana is a well established exchange bank since 1956. In coming years, we will pursue aggressive growth and needs several qualified individuals to fill this position :
Organization Design & Performance Improvement Manager (Code : HRS-O)
Responsible to :
Ø Perform analysis on previous HR programs
Ø Develop roll out & evaluate company initiatives in performance management, job evaluation, talent management, career management, succession planning, knowledge management & other responsibility related with competency management
Ø Understanding & capturing HR needs of our internal customer

Requirements :
- Solid banking/ financial industry exposure or experience with strong education background in HR management / Psychology
- Experience in related field minimum 5-6 year
- Experience in implementing sharing knowledge, mentoring, training, e-learning
- Self analytical thinking and problem solving, proactive, open to continuous change
- Communicative, cooperative, and customer oriented
