TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (CODE: TC)
General Requirements:
*
Bachelor degree in IT or Electrical Engineering, fluent in English both oral and written
*
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
*
Able to work in a team with strong, interpersonal and communication skill
For Solution Architect Department (SAD):
*
Having experience as product implementer/consultant/internal IT admin.
*
Well versed in Product System Management, Database, Networking Product, Backup Product, Unix OS.
*
Preferably have SQL DB/OS (Unix/Windows)/Network certification.
*
Having ITIL certificate is an advantage.
*
Able to apply more than 1 programming language.
For Business Service Management (BSM):
*
Very hands on consultation and implementation.
*
Well versed in RDBMS, Perl, Net, Unix, and Infrastructure Knowledge (E-mail and desktop management).
*
Having experience in business process.
*
Ability in Project Management is an advantage.
*
Preferably have ITIL, PM, MOF certification.
*
Experience in Tivoli Product and HP service desk is an advantage.
