Junior Drafter
Job Responsibility:
To draw up plans and details that senior drafters have developed.
Job Requirements:
* S1 (Bachelor degree) from Architect or Interior Design, GPA Min. 3.00
* Minimum of 2 years architectural working experience, especially in Housing/building/shops houses/apartment, and interior works. (Fresh garduate with good academic record will also be considered).
* Experience in Corel Draw, 3D Max, Photoshop and other design application is advantage
* Good attitude, honest, good interpersonal skill, proactive and strong confidence
Security and Risk Management Medan
Responsibilities :
1. Handling daily operation security and safety risk management
2. handling administrative and operational aspects of the safety and security risk management matter in support of the department task
3. Handling the training of new personnel prior to security deployment task
4. Handling and coordinate the mitigate incident and accident which occurs in working area/filed of NTS asset.
5. Handling administrative and operational aspect of the Safety and Security Department in support of the general Manager Security and Risk Management
6. prepare reports, studies and proposals in support of Managing risk related to the safety and security matter
7. Insure that all reports related to safery and security risk management matters are submitted in a timely manner, and that pertinent information is provided to other departments as required
8. handling the existing security guard and make coordination with local military, police, and others related institutions.
9. Provide assistant to suggest effective security guard deployment
10. Assist others department that require security and safety advice
11. Understand his area responsibility (North Sumatra)
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree from reputable University
2. 2 years experiences
3. Skill in operating MS words programs
4. Presentation Skill
5. English both orally and written
6. Able to work under minimum supervision and underpressure
7. Experience in security and safety business.
8. Willing to place in North Sumatra Branch (Medan Office)
Real Estate General Manager
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
*
Responsible for timely site acquisition in the region.
*
Effective follow up with vendors / contractors / consultants.
*
Supervise and coordinate site acquisition activities such as cell site hunt, negotiation with lessors, technical surveys, verification of title docs, stability reports of preffered sites.
*
Responsible of timely and quality construction of offices, MSC’s, Franchises and other commercial outlets
*
Supervise Team
*
Act as a Linchpin between different departments within the division.
*
Follow up on the site acquisition and operation maintenance activities with the vendors and other departments.
*
Suggest improvement toward the effective site acquisition and operation maintenance procedures
*
Attend regional level meeting with government / public authorities
*
Getting different NOCs related to SA process
*
Weekly report, highlighting regional activities in SA, NOCs, Legal issues, difficult sites.
*
Responsible for issuing rental / other payments to lessors / vendor.
*
Should be able to handle heavy work load effectively and efficiently.
*
Should be able to contribute towards the implementation of the procurement processes
*
Should be flexible to travel frequently
AUTHORITIES:
* To collect and have access to the information necessary for carrying out the tasks required
* Initiate recommendation/solution for any administration issue in consultation with Head of ‘MPC’
* Escalation of technical and pricing matters to project and other related groups within Ericsson
* Report to Head of ‘MPC’
* Access to SP database systems and Material pricing lists
* Benchmarking of service and material costing through dialogue with suppliers and SP’s
