CIVIL / STRUCTURAL DESIGNER
(Piping, Road, Railway, Airport, Seaport, Bridge, Drainage, Water Treatment, Infrastructure and Other Civil Engineering Works).
Specific Requirement:
Skills are typically acquired through a minimum of 5 years related experience or an undergraduate degree and 3 years.
Below are specific skills and software ability required :
1. Piping designer : AutoCAD, AutoPLANT or PDS/PDMS software.
2. Civil designer : AutoCAD, 12D software
3. Structure designer : AutoCAD,Prosteel/Xsteel,Frameworks or Microstation software.
4. Road designer : AutoCAD, 12D software.
5. Railway designer : AutoCAD, 12D software
Job Description:
Performs layout and design work from the basic data supplied. Applies advanced level techniques in computer design and standard design applications. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization, under direct supervision. This is the journey level design position. Utilizes theoretical and practical engineering knowledge.
