Mortgage Collection Officer (Code : Col-M)

Responsibilities:

· Applies advance knowledge and skills in collection operations from a
centralized location, contact customers via phone to inform them of delinquency to determine reasons for it and obtain commitment to pay;

· Adheres to established guidelines and determine appropriate collection remedy;

· Typically works accounts in early to middle stages of delinquency;

· May entail field collection visits;



Requirements:



* Hold Bachelor degree from a reputable university
* Has a minimum of 1 years in collection/ call center/ admin credit/ banking operation.
* Has good communication, interpersonal, personal organization, and negotiation skills
* Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
