To provide analysis data on remuneration
Requirements:

S1 degree from any discipline
*
Having 1-2 years experience in compensation & benefit function
*
Familiar with Jamsostek, PPh21, and Life Insurance will be advantage
*
Strong in analytical & numerical ability
*
Computer literacy
