Process Expert Leader
Job Contents:
*
Coordinating new launch project information (OFF / PIF / STD) before launch according to DF sending by Logistic
*
Communicate with RAD and pilot for the feasibility process of new launch and inform to related department within plant
*
Preparing the SOP
*
Follow up the first 3 batches manufactured and validated the SOP
*
Performing stability test in coordination with Compatibility Lab
*
For un-validated SOP, communicate with Pilot for bulk result and SOP improvement, if necessary, ask for norm changes or new PIF development
*
Manage and declare quality incidents
*
Manage the internal training to all processor and Lab analyst (product knowledge, manufacturing expertise and technology, etc)
*
With coordination with industrial hygiene, to conduct manufacturing validation for both filling packing and processing skid
*
Monthly TBQ evaluation for launch project
*
Training follow up process to UP operators as well as bulk team
*
Validate cleaning procedure which created by UP with Hygiene
*
Be the quality expert in the equipment domain (knowledge of equipment, investments)
*
Develop manufacturing process for new formula, Optimizing process to achieve better quality and yield
*
Provide technical expertise support to production
*
Problem solving for production
Requirements:
*
Minimum Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
*
Experience for minimum 10 years in Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical industry
*
Have a good knowledge and experience to do some chemical analysis in Lab for both conventional and instrumentation
*
(The candidate is able to operating such kinds of instrumentation as titration, analysis using HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, FT-IR, and some others)
*
Have a good knowledge about processing technology (theory and application - emulsion technology for skin care process, understanding also conditioner and shampooing technology process)
*
Understand about cleaning and thermal sanitization procedure for processing as well as filling packing equipment
*
Able to create and provide the SOP (standard operating procedure) for manufacturing
*
Understand the safety requirement for all Chemical substances
*
Understand about the skid type (processing equipment) as well as how to do Quality validation
*
Fluent in English and will be advantage if the candidate also fluent in French
*
Managing complexity, flexibility, creativity, reactivity and adaptability
*
Proficiency in interpersonal relation skill and communication
