Purchasing Manager – Cikarang
Reports to Logistics Manager, the role is accountable for purchasing function in our factory operations. Responsible for achieving quality, delivery and cost reductions to meet operational goals; Develop and support strategic sourcing plans; Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage alternative sourcing arrangements consistent with the objective of reducing total cost; Supporting daily production / parts expedited and responsible for new product introduction
Requirements:
*
Minimum education as Bachelor Degree in any field preferably from a commercial or technical discipline. Master Degree is preferred
*
Minimum 3 years experience as Purchasing Manager in a mill/technical environment or FMCG. Have exposure in MNC is preferable
*
Familiarity with ERP modules preferably SAP
*
Strong numerical, analytical ability and business acumen consistent with price / value / terms decisions
*
Solid negotiation skills, impact, influence and meticulous. Strong vendor relationship and customer service orientation skills
*
Fluency in English is a must
*
Willing to be located in Cikarang – Jababeka Industrial Estate
FACTORY FINANCIAL ANALYST
Reporting to Finance Director, this position provides key sources of financial analysis support to the factory operations. The position interfaces with operations team, including manufacturing, engineering, quality and development, logistics, purchasing, planning, etc and performs factory financial analysis, which includes cost of good sold (COGS) analysis, cost saving initiatives, productivity analysis, variance analysis, etc and recommends courses of action, which would enable the operations to meet its objectives. The position contributes and acts as primary lead to the budgeting and financial forecasting process. The position also assists factory management in controlling capital and operating expenditures in line with Corporate Financial Instructions.
Requirements:

Bachelor degree from recognized university, major in Accounting. Master degree in Finance & Accounting is preferred.
*
Minimum 4 years experience in cost accounting in MNC FMCG and have minimum 2 years experience in similar position as Management Accountant /Business Analyst or Factory Financial Analyst or Manager.
*
Exposure to Corporate financial consolidation practices.
*
Computer literate, particularly MS Office; familiarity with ERP modules preferably SAP is a plus.
*
Strong analytical & presentation skills and high impact leadership & communication skills.
*
Proficient in English both written and verbal.
