Material Control Coordinator (Code: MCC)
Main responsibilities:
* Formulate an accurate data inventory in order to support the plan reconstruction project.
* Ensure that company’s policy and procedure on inventory management are well-implemented.
* Keep track and assesses logistic in terms of performance and cost and make appropriate reports.
* Control and manage the warehouse and inventory of materials are in accordance with stipulated quality, quantity and timeframe set to achieve the financial objectives.
* Control and optimize stockholding of materials to ensure there is no occurrence of stock out and continuously review the procurement plan with users in order to reduce costs and improve quality and delivery times.
* Distribute materials based on the needs at optimal stock level in order to support the plant reconstruction project purposes at minimum cost.
* Ensure availability of material at right time to maintain optimal service level and internal customer satisfaction.
* Ensure that there is no occurrence of pilferage of stock or any loses to the company.
* Keep informed about dispatch daily activities in related to loading materials.
General Requirements:
* Must possess at least university degree from economics background.
* Having minimum 5 years working relevant experiences in logistics and warehousing area, experience in finance area will be a plus and preferred with Multi National Companies.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management.
* Good knowledge in administration and ERP systems.
* Good knowledge of shipment, loading and unloading processes.
* Knowledge of cement manufacturing process is preferred.
* English proficiency and Computer literate for Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point programs are required.
