PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PS)

For Garment Manufacturing

Qualification :

*
Male/Female.
*
Minimum degree: Min SMA .
*
Min. 2 years experience in Garment the same position (PS).
*
Knowledge about Assembly garment, Sewing, etc.
*
Good in administration and management skill.
*
Strong Leadership, communication skill and team player.
*
Able to supervise about 50 people.
*
Location : Bandung


PRODUCTION OPERATION MANAGER (OM)

Responsibility :

Report directly to Factory Manager, Operation Manager will have responsibility as follow :

*
Plan and organize all resources i.e. manpower/machineries, materials to meet the forecasted quality and production target.
*
Ensure that adequate contol measures are in place to assure that planned resources and strategies are enforce. This includes design of control procedures and personal visual control check.
*
Manage day to day production activity ensuring that planned resources are managed to achieve quality and volume targeted.

Qualification :

*
S-1 are preferred, Min.3 year experience in the same position in the export garment manufacturing.
*
Good Leadership, able to manage min 500 operators
*
Honest, good analitycal skill, communicative and able to work under pressure.
*
Knowledge of quality / fabric is an advantage.
*
Good command in English and computer literate.
*
Location : Bandung
