Area Sales Supervisor - Pontianak (Position Code: ASS - PNK)
Job Responsibilities:
*
Responsible for achieving sales targets within specified geography area and/or class of responsibility.
*
Analyzes reviews and manages sales volume and trade promotion spending in line with broad category strategy to maximize sales and minimize promotional spending.
*
Contributes to the growth and operating results of the company by managing distributors and direct general trade customers in the achievement of sales targets and by building the skills and abilities of the 3rd party distributor sales team.
Requirement:
*
Min. Bachelor degree from any field.
*
At least 3 years in general trade sales experience.
*
Has a Multinational FMCG background.
*
Basic working knowledge of English both written and spoken is must.
*
A proficiency or aptitude with personal computer on basic application such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word is essential.
*
Strong analytical & problem solving, business partnering, leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
*
Able to communicate with enthusiasm and impact and solid presentation skills.
