Collection Outregion Manager
Major Responsibilities
The role calls for a highly motivated individual who is also an excellent planner and negotiator. As part of a talented pool of professionals dedicated towards furthering the prospects of the business, you will handle Cards Collection for Indonesia - Out Region (Bandung, Surabaya, Medan and Semarang) in accordance with the organisation’s policies, procedures and standards, which also translates into acting as a motivator and guide to other staff, educating them on policies, goals and best practices to ensure quality and ethics are never compromised.
As part of your portfolio, you will manage the development, implementation and on-going performance of Collection strategy to ensure cost, financial and non-financial targets, including delinquencies and write-offs are achieved as desired. Maintaining good business relationships with our customers, informing them about their credit responsibilities, while making sure work process and procedures are followed to ensure high quality operational standards are the other demands of this exciting role.
Mandatory Skills
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 6-8 years experience in working for the collections department of a financial institution. A working knowledge of collection strategies, processes, and procedures in compliance with collection goal and objectives, a demonstrated Cards experience with a strong knowledge of credit card systems is highly desirable.
An efficient communicator with excellent problem solving skills, you will have a way with people and this translates into relationship building and networking - a team player, ready to step into the shoes of a coach as and when the team needs it. Proven experience in leading, managing and coaching large teams, extracting the best in terms of quality and customer satisfaction will be to your advantage. Your ability to identify and develop cost-effective initiatives that reduce delinquencies and improve customer service is definitely an asset and as such will be highly regarded.
