The Company is now looking for highly-motivated candidates to fill the following key positions based in Jakarta:
Technical Support Staff
Duties & responsibilities:
*
Troubleshooting of Internet service problem or related query to customer.
*
Ability to installation and set up internet services onsite or remotely.
*
Ensure progress is reported to Technical Support Supervisor.
*
To troubleshoot a user problem in a thoughtful and efficient way, identifying a problem with only limited information from the user to start with. The majority of our customers are business users and require fast and accurate responses to enquiries
Qualifications:
*
A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role with an ISP or other such company associated with technical services, but fresh graduate welcome to apply.
*
A level of Technical knowledge in the following areas:
- Mobile broadband modem / WiFi Router troubleshooting
- PC Desktop / Notebook troubleshooting
- Windows / Macintosh operating systems
- Common Internet applications and services (e-mail, Web, ftp, etc.)
- Familiar with antivirus and internet security (firewall, etc)

Experience in a customer facing/technical support help desk
*
Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
