PURCHASING OFFICER
Part of Responsibilities
1. Supplier meetings, liaison & negotiation in relation to all stock purchases, competitive pricing, on time delivery schedules & performance.
2. Expediting all back orders in a timely manner
3. Working within purchasing budgets across sectors.
4. Maintain regular follow up calls with suppliers to ensure high stock turnaround
5. Ongoing review of the purchasing practices
6. Have expertise in Export and Import Process (preparation of Shipping Doc and well understanding on International Shipping Terms & Practice)
Specific Requirement
1. Female
2. Min. Bachelor degree any major area from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
3. Strong Negotiation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
4. Good command in English, both oral and written,
5. Computer literate,
6. Willing to do “active” market shopping, survey, and searching.
7. Ready to be placed at Cibitung – Bekasi.
8. Knowledge on Export Control Regime will be an advantage
9. GOOD ATTITUDE
Technical Service Engineers
Their Jobs and responsibilities are to do Installation, calibration, repair and Software training of Mitutoyo machines and software’s. To do so, you must master all technical knowledge’s and skills of Mitutoyo Measuring machines.
Requirements:
1. Male, age 20-30 years old
2. Mechanical Engineer (D3 and/or S1)
3. Trouble-shooting skill
4. Good communication in English
5. Skills and knowledge of PC and computer software/hardware
6. Have your own car
