CREWING MANAGER

Job Description:

* Liaison with Training Department
* Resolving crewing issues
* Identify crew supply problems
* Selection and deploying of crew
* Supervising crewing activities

Requirements:

1. Min 5 years experience in Shipping Company

2. Graduated from Marine school

3. Strong Personality

4. Good command in English; written and oral

5. Having good network in finding crews

6. Sailed as Master / Chief Engineer position

7. Good interpersonal skill

8. Knowledge in crewing matters

COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

* To charter, operate, and monitor vessels
* To make voyage calculation, lay time, and invoice
* To review charter party terms and implement it in the chartering operations
* To find feasible cargo

Requirements:

1. Min 3 years experience in commercial in shipping industry

2. S1 degree in any disciplines

3. Good English; written and oral

4. Computer literate

5. Strong Personality

6. Familiar with Charter Party Terms and Conditions
