Call Center Officer
General Overview:
* As a CSO / CCO you will be placed in the head office, located in Sentra Mulia Building, Jakarta. You will work in office hour, Monday to Friday from 8:00-17:00 o’clock without shifting hours.
Responsibilities:
1. To act as company representative in order to make sure that customer satisfaction always comes in the first place.
2. Dealing with all the inquiries and complain related to the company products or procedure.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline
2. Good looking, proven by professional appearance and attractive personality
3. Warm personality, have a strong passion in helping others
4. Communicative, able to speak in English without an effort
5. Have a good vision in excellent customer service orientation
