COCA-COLA DISTRIBUTION INDONESIA (CCDI) - National Office is seeking dynamic professional to become a part of our dynamic organization.
The National Learning & Development Manager is responsible to strategically develop guidance and manage the implementation of Training Needs Analysis, Training Design, Training Organizing and After Training Evaluation and reinforcement for personnel in all functions of our business. This role will align with learning and development to provide fully competent staff with the right people capability to support the business via effective training program, coaching and sharing best practices.
National Learning & Development Manager
Your scope of responsibilities would cover also the following:
*
Analyzing, planning, creating and evaluating training requirements for support functions for all departments in National Office and Unit Operations
*
Gaining acceptance for the training plan and other capability development initiatives with proposed action and budget.
*
Ensuring the implementation of Annual Training & Development program that should be done in timely manner and in conjunction with agreed plan and budget
*
Ensuring training requirements would be delivered by the right internal and external training providers through effective selection process and continuously assessment on their service level agreement the best meet the organization needs
*
In conjunction with Organizational Development Team, establish positions profile and identifies performance against the core competencies to effectively and efficiently plan an effective development plan and structured training, includes utilize information that get through interactions with the member of organization both directly and indirectly
*
Building relationship with CCI people to get information such as best practice, training provider and other related information that beneficial to leverage our internal initiative and approach in developing people capability
*
Monitoring and maintaining the accuracy and update of employee training database related in development
To enhance the opportunity for success, you are expected to present the following qualifications:
*
Holding minimum Bachelor Degree in related major from reputable university
*
Having minimum 5 years experience as in Learning & Development or as HR Professional
*
Possess strong Organizational Development and Project Management skill
*
Good English communication skill is a must
*
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication skill and conceptual thinking
*
Demonstrate Persuasiveness and Influence
