Pricing & Product Manager (Code: PM)

Job Accountabilities :

This role requires the person to be able to oversee the overall pricing strategy of the assigned product, as well as product planning and product marketing. This includes dynamic pricing management capabilities, managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Pricing & Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree in any related field. MBA background is preferable to apply

Qualified by experiences minimum 7 years in sales & marketing area, and 3 years in the same/similar position
*
Proven ability in influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
*
Excellent both in communication and interpersonal skills

Marketing Communication & PR Manager

Job Accountabilities :


The Marketing Communication & PR Manager oversees strategic planning, development and coordination of all marketing communications programs to promote the sale of company products and services and further the company's sales objectives, consults with other areas of management, the sales department, and third party media companies to leverage web marketing, trade show activity and direct marketing. In addition, the individual oversees the preparation of sales aids, advertising and public relations projects, and media selection best suited to sell specific products or services.

Job Requirements :

*
Bachelor Degree, MBA is preferred
*
Minimum 5 years related experience; must possess solid understanding of manufacturing industry and best practices.
*
Prior experience developing advertising & media plans across a variety of mediums including writing creative briefs, reviewing creative and providing feedback/direction, selecting photographers, overseeing creative production and timelines, agency management, approval and oversight for media budgets.
*
Well connected with the PR stakeholders – able to fully leverage this to increase company /brand/product image and equity.
*
Independent self starter with as sense of urgency, proven results orientation, initiative and an affinity for producing consistently high-quality work.
*
Well experience in overseeing budgets, managing marketing assets and tradeshows
*
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
*
Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of management internally and externally
*
Computer literate (MS Office is a must)

Factory Accounting Assistant Manager (Code: FAAM)

Job Accountability :

*
Responsible for the development and implementation of effective costing processes and procedures
*
Ensure the accurate and timely provision of costing data to support the growth plans of the business
*
Reconcile accounts and check the accuracy of journal entries
*
Responsible to coach less experienced accounting staff and help them to resolve problems.

Job Requirements :

*
Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring on Accounting.
*
Experience minimum 3 years as supervisor in finance or accounting area
*
Excellent both in Communication & interpersonal skills
*
Good in leadership skills
*
Qualified on cost accountant area
*
Excellent analytical thinking
*
Self starter with an investigative nature
*
Able to meet tight deadline and ready to work under pressure.

General Accounting Assistant Manager (Code: GAAM)

Job Accountability :


Maintains and updates records of transactions posts payments and refunds received to appropriate account or cost center completes forms and logs to create records of such transactions as deposits, receipts, and mileage prepares journal entries for approval by supervisor releases encumbrances for purchase order, ensuring funds available for expenditure;c checks and verifies such documents as requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders, and contacts vendors to correct errors routes payment documents for approval and processing Makes computations for balancing and maintaining ledgers, completing reports, and providing information upon request for specific purposes

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting
*
Qualified by experiences minimum 3 years as supervisor and total 5 years on Finance Area, preferably on General Accounting Area
*
Excellent analytical thinking
*
Ability to take ownership of tasks allocated using initiative where required
*
Strong verbal and communication skills
*
Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
*
Able to meet tight deadline and ready to work under pressure.

Computer Literate (Good Excel skills required)

Channel Development Executive (Code: CDE)

Job Accountabilities :

*
Develop the business unit to increase revenue and growth
*
Prospect, qualify and convert leads to reseller customers.
*
Provide support to business enquiry and problems resolution for services in the business unit.
*
Liaise with suppliers and channel partners to deliver the service standards committed to customers.
*
Generate periodic management and progress reports.

Job Requirements :

*
Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university 5 years demonstrated sales experience selling complex service oriented offering via channels
*
Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment industry is preferred, intangible product channel development is mandatory.
*
Must demonstrate competence in performing advance networking, relationship development, target marketing to specific channel prospects.
*
Excellent in both communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Willing to learn, cooperative, proactive and high personal integrity.
*
Able to meet tight deadline and ready to work under pressure.
*
Advance MS Office skills
*
Excellent English
