HR OFFICER / COORDINATOR
THE POSITION
The HR Officer is responsible for organizing and implementing some human resources functions in the company to ensure the personnel services provided are delivered and maintained accordingly, especially in compensation & benefit area, such as :

Responsible for preparation of the company payroll to ensure timely distribution and reports, include Pph21 reports
*
Administer and maintain all activities related with the corporate benefit programs (medical coverage, group life and pension plans).
He or She will report to HR Director
QUALIFICATION
*
Degree in any discipline, preferably Management
*
Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit
*
Having experience in implementing Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
*
Good writing and communication skills (English and Indonesian).
*
Concern to detail
*
Minimum computer literacy : Microsoft office
*
Ability to work on teams or independently
