SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (Sr. Act – 12/09)
Responsibilities:
*
Processes and records all accounts receivable transactions and intercompany billing to ensure accurate records, including filing unpaid invoices and keeping account of cash receipts, claims and overdue invoices.
*
Receive, research and resolve a variety of external and intercompany customer inquiries concerning account status. Initiate communications to customers to resolve customer account discrepancies.
*
Prepare aged receivables listing
*
Enter additions to master vendor file and perform maintenance on existing vendor master accounts
*
Research and make recommendations with respect to income and tax issues to ensure proper financial planning reporting compliances, and to expedite audits.
*
Ensure that the company properly reacts and responds to governmental tax agencies’ examination of income tax returns and other corporate tax documents.
Profile:
*
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
*
Working experience minimum 3 years in A/R.
*
Strong knowledge and understanding of VAT.
*
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*
Hard-worker, meticulous, and great interpersonal skills.
*
Excellent communication skills.
