As we aggressively expanding our wealth management business, we urgently invite candidate for the position of:
TRAINING
In this position you will handle Training & Development program with
good quality of work and accuracy. You will responsible for conducting internal and external training process and administration for all level. Maintain contact with vendors and suppliers of training. Evaluating resources and recommending programs. Conferring with Department Heads to identify potential training program and participants. Ensure the training budget to be spent well and relevant to the need and development of each employee. In this position you will need excellent skill in administrations, planning and organizing. You have to bachelor degree majoring Management/ HR Management or any relevant discipline. Experience in HR 2-3 years especially for Training & Development Unit. Have excellent knowledge in banking industry. You are expected to be fluent in English.
