Financial Accounting Officer
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
Minimum 1-2 years experience in banking accounting/reporting or auditing department
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Experiences with all of accounting process in Banking
Have good knowledge in banking operation and understanding on operational banking, products and accounting
Able to do reconciliation on various banking transactions
Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and proficiency in written and spoken English
BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING (BPR) ANALYST
Key Responsibilities:
Review existing process flows “end-to-end” across the bank to ensure the most effective and efficient processes are in place that will provide the best customer service possible.
Review, design and implement new process flows for any new bank product or service introduced
Assist business in the planning and preparation of business and functional requirements from “as is” to “should be”
Provide high quality business process analysis and solutions on tactical and strategic process and issue reviews.
Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
Resolves and answers questions from internal clients regarding operations and procedures.
Promote risk, control awareness and compliance requirements through out the Bank.
Manage stakeholders, coordinate and drive meetings.
Execute and/or support the business in UAT, including preparation of test matrices, test plans, etc. when implementing new processes or resolving known issues in the bank.

Minimum of 2 years banking experience in banking back-office environment
Good communication, people management and interpersonal skills.
Good judgment and problem solving skills.

Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
High accuracy, excellent administration skills and demonstrate high service attitude
Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English
Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Able to conceptualise and think creatively
