Currently we are seeking the potential candidates to be part of our team as:
Receptionist
Task & Responsibilities:
Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing incoming telephone calls and maintains call logs or records.
Take and distribute accurate messages.
Greet visitors and determined the nature of their visit, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor logs or records, alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitor to appropriate person.
Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the working hours, phone numbers, or email address.
May also perform miscellaneous administrative activities, such as booking meeting rooms, typing, distributing mail, receiving and send courier packages.
Requirements:
Diploma degree is required.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
A people person.
Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and prioritize tasks.
Project Admin Assistant
Task & Responsibilities:
general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.
maintain project reporting using MS Project Office.
maintain electronic and hard copy filing system and retrieve documents from filing system.
handle requests for information and data and resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
prepare written responses to routine enquiries and record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules and record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
Requirements:
Diploma degree is required.
1 - 4 years of experiences in project administration and or administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and also Microsoft Project.
Ability to listen attentively; display patience and flexibility.
Well organized, high attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and prioritize tasks.
