We are now looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record who can team-up with the business by the role as Maintenance Manager, to be based in our plant in SIDOARJO, Surabaya - East Java.
Maintenance Manager - Sidoarjo
Role Summary:
Maintenance Manager will act as a business partner who will manage and lead the maintenance functions of the plant and the projects including maintenance of machines, utilities, building, and also assist the Management in the function of EHS.
Job Requirements:
1. Male with a Degree of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2. Having at least 5 years managerial experience in similar function in manufacturing multinational company.
3. Capable to lead and manage Engineers is a must.
4. English and Ms Office literacy is a must.
5. Team player, communicative, neat & diligent, hard worker, self starter.
6. Max. age of 42 years old.
Personal skills:
* Entrepreneurship: Hands-on & Can-do mentality. Takes initiatives to continuously improve.
* Analytical: Clear thinker, with a strong attention to detail.
* Communicative skills: Excellent Communicator - Fluent in English - written and spoken.
* Customer oriented: Flexible and service minded with excellent collaborative skills. Able to remain calm under pressure.
