LOWONGAN KERJA Panin Bank

Panin Bank was established in 1971 as a merger of three private national banks, subsequently increasing its capital structure through the acquisition of a further four private national banks. Panin Bank’s business strategy is to further grow its market shares in the consumer and commercial segments.
Develop user requirements and specifications for

Customer Relationship Management, Customer Value, Sales Performance and Incentives software development

(User Manager Liaison for IT, Manage & track change request, UAT planning, preparation & execution, Develop End User Training, Training Strategy & Approach and post system implementation support)

System Application Management

(Ensure problems resolution and ongoing enhancements to operational efficiency)
Develop and provide analysis for strategic and tactical information around customer value and profitability
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Male or Female, maximum 35 years old.
Must have a good command of English, both verbal and written
Preferably has relevant experience as Senior Business Analyst in Banking
Good knowledge about MIS or Customer Relationship Management
Good knowledge about Ms. Office, Project, SQL
Analytical and high problem solving skills
Can work individually and in a team.
