1. Panel Development Coordinator (Code: PDC)
Responsibilities:
• To develop methods, system, standars, and procedures of sensory testing in order to ensure the smooth implementation of sensory evaluation, cigarette processing and quality
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor degree in statistic or Psychology
• Solid knowledge of statistics and research.
• Basic knowledge of sensory evaluation, cigarette processing and quality.
2. Scientific Project Officer
Responsibilities:
• To Perform internal scientific research projects and collaborates with external agencies to conduct external scientific research projects in order to support the development of new and/or improvement of existing products.
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor Degree, preferably Master degree in Analytical/Organic Chemistry or Food Technology or life science or Pharmaceutical with excellent GPA
• Hold 2-3 years experience as practicing scientist in laboratory and/or experience in some analytical scientific research
• Solid knowledge in laboratory principles, method developmentand validation, and analytical instruments/equipments.
• Sound knowledge and hands on experience in HPLC and GC with various detectors including ECD, FPD and MS/MS detectors.
• Having knowledge on ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 implementation in Laboratory.
3. Infrastructure Engineer
Responsibilities:
• He/she is responsible to develop and continuously improve the system infrastructure to support the changing business need: to maintain, troubleshoot, monitor Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows, Lotus Notes, HP-UX.
• He/she is responsible to plan, design and implement Capacity Management to manage resources in times of crisis and predict the need for additional capacity proactively so as the support the growth of the company.
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
• Hold around 5 years experience in Active Directory Design, implementation and maintenance with at least 1 of which is in a 24×7 production high-avability environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Windows server, HP-UX, Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino.
• Preferable with hands-on experience of system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, tuning.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with speed and efficiency is required.
• MCSE is preferred.
• HP-UX certified is a plus.
• Experienced in technical project management and demonstrated ability to take a project through all phases of implementation as well as post-implementation.
4. Senior Internal Control Analyst (SIC)
Responsibilities:
• To assists the Manager Internal Controls Development in developing and implementing policy development, internal controls initiatives, tools and communications in the areas and compliance awareness, best practices, and risk assessment.
Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor Degree from Accounting/Business Management. Hold a Certified of Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus
• Hold around 5 years financial / audit experience, including experience in an Audit or Internal Controls Department of a multinational company and/ or equivalent time in public accounting with exposure to multinational corporations
• Strong internal controls technical skills including ability to apply risk management principles
• Good analytical thinking, creative thinking, impact/influence skill and communication skill
• High achievement orientation
• Proficient in oral and written English
• IT literacy (Excel/ Word/ Power Point) is a must, while knowledge of MS Access, and SAP or Oracle accounting systems is a plus
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferred language(s): English.
5. PROCUREMENT ANALYST OFFICER
Responsibilities:
• To perform the development, application and monitoring of Procurement performance and systems within the defined quantity, specification, lead-time and direction from Procurement Analyst Manager in order to execute procurement plan.
Qualifications:
• Hold Bachelor Degree in Information Technology.
• Having knowledge on Procurement Oracle.
• Having basic knowledge in procurement and project management area.
• Hold around 1 year experience in procurement intelligence.
• Having solid knowledge in database management.
• Having strong analytical thinking and concern for improvement/quality.
• Having good team work, initiative, impact/influence skill and customer service orientation.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
