RECEPTIONIST

The job description :
* Act as Telephone Operator

* Welcoming guest
* Receive & Record incoming and outgoing mails & Packages

* Arrange daily courier / documents / package dispatch

* Driver order and check driver log book

* Reserve Meeting Room

* Check & Record petrol expenses of pool cars & motorbike

Requirement :
* Female, maximum 27 years old

* Good looking

* Height Minimum : 165 cm

* Minimum Diploma 1 of Secretarial School

* At least 1 years of experience in the same position.

* Fluent in English (Spoken and Written English - Toefl : 550)

* Good Communication Skills

* Computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

* Willing to work overtime

* Willing to work base on the Shift (Shift Hour System)
