VARIOUS POSITION AT PT.Direct Vision (ASTRO)

PT. Direct Vision (ASTRO), an exciting and innovative company that is licensed to provide pay television multimedia services and bringing the best information, entertainment, sports and education programs.

1. Senior Executive Training
Responsibilities:
• Develop annual training and staff development plan, based on company strategic plan, on assessed needs for improvements in quality and on assessed needs for staff development and training
• Submit reports which include activities and accomplishments, related to training and staff development goals
• Assess training and development needs of all levels of employees
• Liaison with other Department to determine the number, type and appropriateness of training programs
• Determine learning objectives for each in-service program; coordinate training providers
• Evaluate the effects of training on staff skill
• Conduct training sessions as appropriate
• Maintain records regarding training and staff development programs offered to employees and lists of attendees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Bachelor degree (S1) from related disciplines
• Experience as Trainer for 4 years
• Knowledge of HR aspect especially training aspects, such as making modules
• Knowledge of Training Analysis
• Skill in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping
• Knowledge of business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes, and reports
• Skill to use personal computer

2. Compensation And Benefits Manager
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the design, implementation, training, and management of company compensation and benefit programs and initiatives
• Monitor the organization salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff
• Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector
• Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so
• Making recommendations on changes to insurance schemes
• Developing and implementing new benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements
• Negotiating with union representatives on issues relating to pay and benefits
• Managing the payroll system
• Supervise, direct, develop, coach and mentor other staff as part of the compensation and benefits team

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources/Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years benefit and compensation experience
• Proven abilities in the areas of leadership, human relations, consulting, problem solving, decision making, communication, negotiation, and project management required
• Professional certification as a Certified Compensation Professional preferred
• Must have solid computer skills and be familiar with payroll systems and HR systems
• Must possess a high degree of integrity and actively cooperate and interact with all entities of the company
• Strong client service skills and ability to work in a team environment

3. Secretary
Responsibilities:
• Report to the HR Head
• Drafting resolutions & minutes of meetings
• Arranging meeting and travel
• Make presentation and compiling board/meeting papers
• Typing official letter and filling, drafting & sending corporate announcements
• Responsible to maintain expatriate documents

Requirements:
• Female
• Minimum age 27 years old
• Graduate from Secretarial Academy
• Having minimum 5 years secretarial experience (HR secretary experience will be preferred)
• Good working attitude and communication
• Excellent command of English.
• Should be motivated and independent person to manage and handle all aspects of secretarial work
• Enjoy working in hard pressure environment
• Computer skill is a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Senior Officer QMS Research
Requirements:
• Graduate from DIII/S1 degree in any field preferably from industrial engineering
• At least 2 years Quality Assurance experience in service industry
• Familiar with problem solving method
• Hands on experience in ISO 9001:2000
• Good analytical skill
• Possessed excellent communication skill in Bahasa & English both oral and written
• Proven leadership skills, interpersonal and teamwork
• Able to work independently, well-organized, Achievement-oriented, proactive, able work individually or part of team, mature and independent in solving problem

5. Senior Officer Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
• To assist the Head Counsel in contract drafting and preparation.
• To assist Head Counsel in providing legal assistance to other divisions (groups) within the company.
• To establish, maintain and manage relationship with regulators and government officials.
• To assist Head Counsel in preparing and negotiating operational contracts with third parties.
• To assist Head Counsel in reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and to the shareholders.
• Having a strong understanding of corporate & commercial law, telecommunications and broadcasting laws, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets regulations, employment law and intellectual property law
• If possible, having basic knowledge of, IT, media and entertainment law

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
• Hold minimum 3 years working experience in related tasks
• Possessed excellent command in English and Bahasa in written and spoken
• Strong computer literate in MS Office
