Safety Officer (Code SO)
Reporting to OHS Manager, this role is accountable for identifying,
developing, and maintaining key safety programs as well as environmentalprograms to support the business in achieving its objectives including
an injury free environment & managing workplace safety.
Requirements:
* A minimum of Bachelor degree in any subjects, Master degree
* is preferred.
* Experienced in similar position applied at least 2 years
* consecutively and having relevant skills, preferably from FMCG company.
* Particularly on SO required 4 years of similar experience.
* Demonstrated high leadership qualities & adaptability, as
* well as strong negotiation skill and customer orientation.
* English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
* Having Good analytical skills, excellent communications &
* interpersonnal skills, problem-solving skills, energetic & passionate.
* Specific requirement for LCSM is familiar with ERP modules.
* Knowledgable in SAP is a plus.
* youSpecific requirement for SO is Graduate from Mechanical
* Engineering or Electrical Engineering, knowledgeable with ISO 18001 and
* ISO 14001, SMK3 and OHS system. Understand about internal audit safety
* and able to conduct Job Safety Analysis.
Logistics & Customer Service Manager (Code LCSM)
Reporting to Managing Director, this role is accountable for developing
and providing efficent and cost effective order processing, warehouse,
and distribution of all Kimberly-Lever Indonesia finished goods to
customers including managing demand planning process and managing all
transport requirement.
Sales Development Manager (Code SDM)
Reporting to Sales Director, this position is accountable to manage
trade activities execution; manage merchandising; gather and collate
competitive information; manage sales administration, systems, tools and
reporting; organization development for sales; identification of
employee skill gaps and training needs.
Category Development Manager (Code CDM)
Reporting to Sales Director, this position is accountable to drive
category management process; develop and execute shopper research
strategy; manage total category(s) trade activities; develop trade
communucation plan; develop promotion strategy.
