Demand Analyst (DN)
Position Overview
The incumbent of this position will be providing overall assistance to the Product Supply Manager. He/she will be responsible in ensuring the integrity of the collaborative Forecasting Process, optimizing business performance and operating contribution through the management of demand and replenishment, working closely with the key distributors in identifying demand and assisting in stock management, coordinate and consolidate planning volumes to ensure integrity of inputs to the sourcing plants, providing active support in implementation of harmonization programs, ensuring continuing focus on de-complexity, Excellence Program and the use of KPIs measures
Who are we looking for?
* Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Statistics or Mathematics
* At least 1 year working experience, preferably in Multinational company
* High analytical skills and reporting ability
* Exposure in forecasting, planning and demand management will be an advantage
* Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
* Willing and able to have regular out-of-town travels
